We’ve also been finding trash bags left in the garage and by the front door. I’ve also noticed quite a few renters with dogs… Thanks for the comprehensive email. This is an issue we deal with throughout the mountain, there is only so much room (parking lots as well as walkways).  Once the snow has been removed, it then comes off the roof, this does not happen all at the same time so it is an ongoing job.  Finally, personal decks and entryways are your responsibility, please make arrangements accordingly.   If you have any questions please let me know.   Parking:  The heavy snowfall also creates another problem which is parking.  I am on the phone non-stop with the snow removal company due to parking issues.  The plow cannot move  the snow if the cars are not moved.  As a general rule, the plow company will open a parking lot up during a storm, which usually means just making a quick pass through to facilitate cars getting in and out of the parking lot.  Once the storm has passed, they will start coming back and clean up, again this cannot happen if the cars are not moved.  Renters should be using the designated parking at town hall and the chair one parking lot (Refer to the Good Neighbor Policy Parking Map).   Renters:  If you are renting please go through the proper protocols of contacting Town Hall.  Once you have met with Town Hall and filled out the renting paperwork you will need to have a fire inspection completed and a Good Neighbor Policy/ Parking location posted  in your unit.  Please do not refer your renters to contact me with problems inside your condominium.  If you are not here personally here you will need to take care of your renters or use vacation rental management company to handle your day to day operations.  Please have a good rental agreement in place which will protect you as an owner and the HOA as whole.  There are owners who live at their condo full time, please remind your renters to follow the HOA rules. Garbage and Signage:  Please make sure you and your renters take your trash to the dumpsters.  We want your condominium complex to look as nice as possible and when the trash is left outside it tends to make a mess and is not a good look for the property.   Please do not block fire hydrants/fire lanes, the garage and be mindful of the no parking areas.  We have already had one car smashed this year from a roof slide off.   Common areas and Emergencies:  Please let me know if there is an emergency or safety issue.  Examples would be waterline breaks, power outages, gas leaks ECT.  If there are repairs that need to be made in common areas please let me know.   Thank you for your support and please let me know if you have any questions.  Dan Guymon Property Manager
